Cross Culture Ministries

Last night our bible study group “regeneration” met and continued in our elevate bible study.  It was led by my brother Corey Smith and he did an excellent job.  The topic was on being tossed around and facing unfair situations.  His scripture for the message was in Matthew 20: 1-15 and John 21: 18-21.  We do face unfair situations in our lives and it seems that others get the best end of the deal and we are left holding on to the scraps.  We are born into this world selfish individuals and we search to provide for self and not others.  What can others do for me or what can I do for myself.  We even try to justify our actions by using other peoples faults or mistakes to make us look good.  If this is how we choose to live we will live in chaos and frustration.  Giving God your everything requires sacrifice but compared to what Christ sacrificed I think we really need to quit the belly aching and “COWBOY UP”!  Its time to lead by example instead of telling others how to do it and we go about life on our own terms.  Once again Corey did an awesome job and praise God for how He is developing corey into the leader that he is and I am honored to be working side by side with him.  Also on another awesome note we had a total of 16 @ the bible study.  PRAISE GOD!  Lets continue to talk this thing up, excuse me lets keep talking Christ up and see peoples lives changed!
